Rocket Studios (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website rocketstudios.studio and provides recording, mixing, and related studio services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you book a session or send in a mix, we collect the information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and details about your project (such as notes or reference links). When you pay, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to schedule and manage your sessions, process deposits and balances, deliver your files, and send you service messages about your booking — confirmations, reminders, and payment messages. We use your project details only to prepare for and complete your session.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send you text messages related to your booking: confirmations, reminders, and balance or payment links. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing.
We share information only with the service providers that make our business run — for example Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messaging), and Supabase (secure data hosting) — and only as needed to provide the service to you. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your booking and payment records as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. You may request that we correct or delete your personal information by contacting us at the number below.
