These terms govern your use of rocketstudios.studio and the services provided by Rocket Studios. By booking a session, sending in a mix, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms.
Booking a session requires a deposit, which holds your time and is applied toward your session total. The remaining balance is due at or after your session. Deposits are non-refundable except at our discretion, but may be applied to a rescheduled session (see below).
Need to change your time? Reach out as early as you can and we’ll do our best to move you. If you don’t show up for a booked session without notice, your deposit may be forfeited.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay your balance in person (cash or card) or by a secure payment link we send you. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
For send-in mixing, you are responsible for providing files you have the rights to. Turnaround times are estimates. Completed files are delivered by secure download link.
By providing your mobile number and opting in during booking, you agree to receive service text messages (confirmations, reminders, and payment messages) from Rocket Studios. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
You retain ownership of your music and recordings. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to any material you bring or send in.
Services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rocket Studios is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
